On May 16, our F.3 to F.4 Debating Team participated in thesecond round of the Term Two competitionatPo Leung Kuk Ho Yuk Ching (1984) College.The motion was that “This house believes that the culture of taking a gap year should be promoted in Hong Kong”. The adjudicator was Ms Lily Liu. Our three debaters, Dora Chan (3S), Sarah Leung(4D), and Sandy Ng (4S) argued for the negative side. They won the debate because of their confidence and good use of examples from Hong Kong to support their arguments. This team is now preparing for the Term Two Finals.

Our F.2-F.4 Team, which won their Term One Final, have won all their debates this year, so they will participate in the Grand Finals.

All our debaters have all shown promising improvementover the year. They are champion in terms of effort, team-work and passion for debating. Regardless of the results in the finals, they are all winners.
